This role is responsible for delivery of integrations as part of global implementation of the Workday Programme, the Focus is on the implementation and further enhancement of our digital Reward processes including both the MyHR Core Compensation and Advanced Compensation modules in Workday. Act as the HRIS partner for the Reward department.The scope covers 20+ countries in our hub and is a great opportunity for a candidate who is looking to add value and contribute to an organisations successful transformation in the Total rewards function.
Coordinate implementation of the modules for the entities, working with the System Integrator’s project team, including requirements gathering, workbook deployment, Job catalogs, mapping of Job Profiles across the entities and integration, testing of the compensation modules. Drive HR data management, including uploads, audits and data cleansing. Perform analysis and effective diagnosis of issues. Implement a global template of the solution and preserve the integrity of the solution across entities.Ensure business readiness state is properly understood and achieved at critical stagesEnsure effective and open communication throughout the project team and with stakeholdersResponsibility for managing and delivering the project schedule and technical performance as defined by the signed off business case or project charterIdentify and monitor project risks and opportunities, plan and implement mitigation plans, capture plans, and resolve issuesProcess ownership for all related tasks, responsibility to train respective stakeholders on the processes and maintenance of the processes.
