What You’ll Do
You’ll work in teams of typically 3 – 5 consultants to identify, and oftentimes implement, potential solutions for a specific client problem or challenge.
In this role, you will bring your expertise in energy storage and generation to collaborate with clients looking to produce energy sustainably and to effectively use the latest technologies across power and thermal applications, covering both short and long-duration energy storage.
You will be an active player in growing McKinsey’s global sustainability platform and reputation as a leader in the market. You will collaborate with other teams across Climate Technology, such as our Renewables and Hydrogen service lines, as well as with leading analytics departments focused on energy, e.g. Power Solutions and Energy Insights. Here you will develop world-class sustainability research and content as well as design new tools and assets to increase our clients’ impact.

You will be based in one of our European offices as part of our Energy Storage team and more broadly our Sustainability Platform.
