Purpose of Role:
Assist the Project Team in planning and organizing day-to-day project activities. Support administration of the project teams and the coordination of activities between project locations and various suppliers. Resolve tasks in a safe, efficient and timely manner.
MAE/MATTE and HSE Critical Responsibilities: Ensure that all activities are carried out in a safe and environmentally prudent manner, complying with all regulatory requirements, legislation and Cliuent HSEQ procedures. Participate in design verifications, LOPA, HAZID and HAZOP meetings. Assist in vendor follow-up/Quality Surveillance (QS), inspection and testing activities Ensure execution work scopes meet HSE readiness requirements Areas of Responsibility Competence Level: Monitor, organize and control assigned work through all phases of the Project to ensure that project objectives are being met with regards to safety, environment, cost, schedule, work environment and quality. Ensure that all decisions and activities within the various project teams support the Project’s objectives and priorities. Prepare and give presentations on project issues. Assist Project Controls in the preparation of cost estimates. Obtain necessary approvals for planned work in cooperation with Major Project Assurance. Monitor scope progress, manpower and budget. Keep team members informed on Project progress and developments. Monitor project document development, project change and variation orders. Manage readiness for offshore execution including integration with Asset plan, manpower and material requirements. Promote knowledge sharing – share own project experiences and seek knowledge from other projects/ organizations. Contribute to good communication/cooperation with Management and key individuals within Client Follow up team goals and targets. Promote well-functioning interfaces between Engineering, Operations and other project teams. Any other reasonable duty as per instruction by your manager Critical Skills Qualifications Experience, etc.: Degree educated with an applicable engineering discipline. Professional registration (Chartership) with relevant engineering institute preferred. Relevant project management training/qualifications preferred.
