Do you want to collaborate and achieve together with committed people to; we are looking for a Senior Occupational Health and Safety Manager to lead as well maintain of our ISO 45001 OH&S management system, DX processes and OH&S sustainable development programs across international regions. Your roleYour role will involve expert oversight of the scope all Fujitsu OH&S processes and procedures to ensure they are in line with National & International legislation, regulations, standards, and other requirements in line with ISO 45001 external accreditations and corporate system requirements. Management of leadership team and OH&S forum reviews, assisting with Management review planning, adequacy, and effectiveness and where appropriate formulate OH&S engagement process including attendance of leadership team reviews or safety meetings.Management of hazard identification assessment, emergency preparedness, controls, and response. Including provision of management of advice for including oversight of construction legislation requirements, method statements and risk assessments to ensure Fujitsu Way standards are implemented.Lead OH&S DX based transformation developments, to implement improvement for our employees and support our clients.Management of advice and processes for vendor contractor service provider management. Your experienceHolds OH&S Diploma or equivalent OH&S Degree, with practical experience of development and implementation of safety management systems in multiple risk fields.IOSH membership – CMIOSH or Membership of a relevant professional bodyISO 45001 Lead Auditor, with experience of leading audits and implementing continual improvement.NEBOSH National General Certificate or Construction Certificate, with construction project process lead experience.Professional Qualified Person – Construction Skills Council Scheme Accreditation with project knowledge to back it up.
