Worley is continuing to grow its Digital Data solutions team in the region and is therefore looking for a Laser Scanning Technician based in the UK.
Role Outline/ Responsibilities
The successful candidate will join a fast growing Digital data solutions team and will have the opportunity to utilise the latest survey and laser scanning technology and data management solutions.
We are seeking a multi-tasking, self-motivated, enthusiastic, resilient and tenacious individual with a “can do” attitude who is keen to help Worley using new technology across our wide range of projects.
This staff role provides an opportunity to work on exciting new energy projects (CCU, Hydrogen, etc), in addition to occasional travel to Oil & Gas facilities. All necessary training will be provided.
Key Tasks And Responsibilities
Previous experience in carrying out laser scanning is essential.
Carry out laser scans in line with relevant procedures according to scope of work Processing of all captured data and preparation of final deliverables Preparation & Checking of deliverables Obtain pertinent permits on clients sites as required Efficiently organising work in order to meet agreed deadlines Promote a proactive safety culture by active participation in HSSE systems such as stop-cards
Please note that site travel and work offshore is required for this role.

Skills & Qualifications
Experience in carrying out laser scans Experience in data processing of laser scans Understanding of survey control networks Able to work in UK Full Driving license
Desirable
Experience on using a Total Station A desire to continue to develop at a personal level
