As CUI / FM Technical Engineer you will be responsible for delivering against all client and company operational, HSEQ and commercial expectations and targets. Based out of our client office, you will play a lead role in interfacing with the client CUI/FM function alongside our internal integrated Inspection delivery. You shall interface with planning and project team members daily to handover prepared work plans for execution and contribute to the clients CUI/FM strategy and new ways of working. Further to this, this role will support the Fabric Maintenance Team Lead with Fabric Maintenance work packing where required.
The effective estimating, sequencing, planning of CUI/FM activities in the most efficient and cost-effective manner, ensuring that all risks are identified and minimised to ALARP Attending and preparing for regular planning and execution meetings with client stakeholders Working collaboratively with integrated Inspection and Planning functions within the Integrated Services Contract Liaising with and building effective communications with client Facilities, Integrity and Process Preparation of comprehensive work instructions and method statements, driving offshore supervision and utilising Return to Scene (R2S) / Maximo where possible Play the lead role seeking out innovative products, equipment and execution methodology related to CUI to help client with strategy, including Find and Fix and Non-Intrusive Inspection Demonstrate an understanding and control of Client & Bilfinger Salamis commercial systems to support effective cost control, and utilising organised trackers for each corrosion circuit / vessel scope. Promote a high standard of workmanship from the team by providing technical support for painting and insulation disciplines Provide QA/QC technical support to offshore supervision and accurately record onshore Ensure that all customer enquiries and demands are followed up and that any anticipated shortfalls are promptly identified Complete offshore site visits along with fellow CUI Integrity Engineer role to survey and estimate future work scopes collaboratively. Provide support to the project team for insulation and painting elements of project work scopes
Qualifications And Experience
Minimum 5 years previous experience in a similar roleMinimum 5 years’ experience in a CUI offshore environmentMaximo Experience(Desirable)Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and fully conversant in reading P&ID and Isometric drawingsMinimum Level 1 NACE/ICORR, Minimum Level 2 NACE/ICORR qualification and proven experience in inspection (Desirable)Industry Knowledge of painting and insulation applications Excellent communication skillsOpen mind to working collaboratively with internal Inspection teams to drive efficiency for customerDriven and DynamicIs open to and drives change and improvement initiatives Professional and patient in their decision making and professional customer facing individual Displays a one team approach
